Our Savior's
We thank you for taking the time to peruse through our site, we pray
that you will find it interesting and informational.
Our Savior's has been in Rock Valley since 1952.
Our Savior's continues to grow in Spirit, Knowledge, Understanding
and Fellowship as we face the future together. We accept you as
you are, we all have our own flaws and we make no judgements, as
that is the Lords domain.
Our Pastor is Jim Demke; he has been with us for over 20 years
and has been a great pastor for our church.
We also offer Sunday School and Bible Study for all ages.
We have a morning and an afternoon women's monthly Bible
Study and general women's events. Please check 'Woman of the
ELCA' in Group Messages for any updates.
The B.I.C. Group, Brothers in Christ, where all men are welcome;
meets every Thursday evening starting at 7:30pm. The 2nd and last
Thursday's of the month we have a mixed night for the men and
women.
Check the 'Notes of Interest' page under 'Woman of the ELCA' to
find out when both their groups meet. Please check 'Notes of
interest' for any updates. We hope to see you at one of our get
togethers.
During the summer we offer a Summer Vacation Bible School: this
is a joint venture between Our Savior's, St. Mary's Catholic Church
and Pioneer United Methodist. This has worked well for over 30
years and has become a great way of fostering friendship,
understanding and compassion between us. Please check the
